Introduction

 

These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern the offer of a complimentary cyber security risk assessment (“Offer”) provided by Quotient (“we,” “us,” or “our”) to businesses (“you” or “your”) that meet the eligibility criteria outlined below. By accepting this Offer, you agree to these Terms.

 

1. Eligibility

 

1.1 The Offer is available to businesses located within Australia.

1.2 To be eligible for the Offer, your business must meet the following criteria:

       • You are not currently a client of Quotient.

       • Your business operates within the industry sectors we serve, as listed on our website.

       • Your business has between 20 and 200 employees.

1.3 We reserve the right to assess and determine eligibility at our sole discretion.

 

2. Offer Details

 

2.1 The cyber security risk assessment is provided free of charge as part of the Offer.

2.2 The scope of the audit will be defined by us and may include, but is not limited to:

       • Assessment of existing cyber security measures.

       • Identification of potential vulnerabilities.

       • Recommendations for improvements.

       • A summary report of the findings.

2.3 The audit does not include implementation of any recommended changes or additional services beyond the initial assessment unless agreed upon in a separate contract.

 

3. Limitations of the Offer

 

3.1 The Offer is limited to one complimentary risk assessment per business entity.

3.2 The Offer is subject to availability, and we reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Offer at any time without prior notice.

3.3 The Offer is provided on a first-come, first-served basis, and we reserve the right to decline any requests that exceed our capacity.

3.4 The audit will be conducted within a mutually agreed timeframe. Failure to schedule or participate in the audit within 30 days of acceptance may result in the forfeiture of the Offer.

 

4. Confidentiality

 

4.1 We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of your business information. All data obtained during the audit will be handled in accordance with our applicable data protection laws.

4.2 The findings and recommendations provided in the risk assessment report are intended for your internal use only and should not be shared publicly without our prior written consent.

 

5. No Warranty and Limitation of Liability

 

5.1 The complimentary cyber security risk assessment is provided on an “as-is” basis without any warranties, express or implied. We make no guarantees regarding the completeness, accuracy, or effectiveness of the audit findings.

5.2 We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from or related to the audit or any recommendations made as part of the Offer.

5.3 It is your responsibility to implement any recommended changes or further actions based on the audit findings.

 

6. Termination of the Offer

 

6.1 We reserve the right to terminate the Offer at any time, with or without cause, at our sole discretion.

6.2 If we determine that your business has misrepresented its eligibility for the Offer or has violated these Terms, we may terminate the Offer and withdraw any services provided.

 

7. General

 

7.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales (NSW), Australia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

7.2 Any disputes arising from or related to the Offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales (NSW), Australia.

7.3 If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
